最近爬文學了不少新知識~不過我有疑問耶。
每天吃不到基代的話會減少肌肉,但是運動又可以增加肌肉,
那兩者加起來到底會怎麼樣呢?
因為我的基代高達1900(男生 @@),但是我每天好像又吃不了那麼多
硬要湊的話只好吃零食、喝飲料了,不過感覺好像怪怪的 @@
真的一定要湊到基代嗎??我有運動耶。
