突然覺得最近要減肥開始跑步有幾點想詢問大家請問1.有做暖身操的話一開始就嘗試跑步ok嗎走走跑跑行嗎?還是要不間斷的跑2.關於跑步時需要帶著水瓶邊跑渴了邊喝嗎?還是口渴等到跑完再灌水呢?3.因為本人有上班的關西所以都是回來開始運動請問晚餐是在晚餐前還是晚餐後吃呢? 吃飽再跑對胃有傷害�
