運動員的肌肉舒緩 - 精油

新手再度請問版上大大
我女兒(7歲)在練有氧體操
身上大部分的肌肉都會訓練到(果然是"體操")
尤其是大腿肌肉,小腿肌肉跟腹肌
(才7歲就有些微腹肌了,他們隊上小三小四的女生也有腹肌了)
這幾天,腳踝那裡的筋說會痛
有帶去讓國術館喬過了,師父說是腿部肌肉太過緊蹦,筋那裡則是發炎
我也有爬過文,
知道很多精油(冬青,尤加利,迷迭香,馬鬱蘭,黑胡椒...)
加上山金車浸泡油可用來對抗肌肉痠痛
我想請教問大家的是
這些精油是用來"止痛"或是"舒緩"呢
如果只是止痛,但肌肉還是一直沒有舒緩到
已經使用過度的肌肉又因為被止痛了,
等於是身體發出的警訊被蓋住了
再持續的練習,會不會到最後變成很嚴重的運動傷害
我比較想知道,有那些配方,是可以去"舒緩"緊蹦的肌肉
或是人家說的"排除乳酸堆積"呢?
