基本上是做「辛夷精油」嗅吸對排除能量代謝物以及運動表現的影響

辛夷精油對於大鼠運動能量代謝產物之影響
發表於國際生物醫學期刊 Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine 2014;
4(2): 158-163。
研究人員將Sprague Dawley大鼠隨機分為控制組與辛夷精油嗅吸組,兩組經30分鐘強制慢
跑運動(15m/ min速率),過後每15分鐘抽血檢測,發現辛夷精油嗅吸組大鼠體內的乳酸排
除程度有顯著改善。研究認為辛夷精油具有一個或多個成分直接或間接影響血管擴張,促
使血流量增加,促進血液循環改善乳酸代謝率以減緩疲勞產生,進而促進運動表現提升。
用白話講,辛夷精油芳香療法對於運動後的「鐵腿」、「痠痛」症狀有明顯改善效果,
也因此能夠提升運動表現。實驗是用嗅吸就有幫助,臨床上透過按摩效果會更快更強
