我一直有一個疑問
為什麼我總是於運動過後 隔天就會胖個0.5kg..
有幾次想靠運動減肥 慢跑3千公尺一個星期 卻胖了1公斤...
我曉得運動過後不能馬上進食 所以我會注意於運動後一小時進食
且 我進食量還比平常少 有刻意飲食控制
相較我如果不做運動
只要飲食控制幾天就可以瘦2-3公斤...
不過只是飲食控制沒運動 還是容易復胖...
有人跟我有相同的結果嗎...
ps.跟我一起運動減肥的學妹 都瘦了T_T
