運動近一個月只瘦一公斤左右(?) - 美體

大概從三月初開始
每個禮拜會去上兩堂有氧
自三月底起加入某運動會館的會員
就變成周一到周五晚上都會去運動至少一小時
有氧居多,瑜珈可能一個禮拜一次
從三月底到目前 除了某周末要回家...所以那個周五沒去上課之外
天天報到~
飲食的話是沒有特別的節食活動
午餐吃公司餐廳的自助餐,飯量有減少至差不多一個拳頭以下的量
晚餐的話,因為回家吃完後 休息一下就得去運動
所以量有比之前少,也盡量避免湯湯水水 (怕會肚子痛)
平時也不太喝含糖飲料
水一天大概喝1500CC 偶而會泡花茶包喝約600~1000CC
因為從以前是沒有什麼運動習慣
頂多去走走操場 但通常走一天休息三天
原本預期這一次一個禮拜至少四~五天的有氧 可以有明顯效果....
but,事情好像不是憨人想的這麼簡單 XD
與三月初比較
體重大概只減少1kg左右 71kg左右--> 69.X kg (且常常早晚or運動前後有落差)
體脂肪 大概降了3個百分點 43.5%--> 40%
(不知道我家這台機器測體脂肪準不準~~?腳踩式而已,沒有手把!
因為之前去朋友家良有手把大概是33%.....落差也太大了XD)
腰圍大概減少2公分左右
這樣的速度會太慢嗎?!
