之前只用過真正薰衣草幫助睡眠,
偶爾用個綠檸檬,茶樹,薄荷改變室內空氣之類的而已.
自己是偶爾會想太多的人,不是太嚴重.
但是最近社會氛圍的關係,有時候看新聞看著看著,
突然會有種緊張焦慮的感覺湧上來,就像以前學生時代考試前那種感覺,
不去理它,過一會兒也就好了.就像考完試就好了那種感覺.
有人也會有這種感覺嗎??
最近想趁茉家打折,入手幾瓶複方精油來緩解一下這種狀況,
不知道那一種比較適合??
除此之外,茉家那一瓶複方精油最能幫助進入"深層"睡眠??
