剛剛看電視 上了年紀的人 不可以過量運動
會顯得更疲倦 老
我最近也有感受....
我長期上健身房 做心肺滑步機 和 踩步機三年
前幾年 我的氣色 皮膚變好 身材變好
到了半年前 醫生說我腎氣不足 我現在休息調整
不斷的 吃睡 將自己養胖 傍晚去健身房運動一小時後
黑眼圈變淡, 但走路回家 約走了30分鐘, 氣色變得很蒼白..
原本運動後充氧的臉 也消下去 垂垂的
更破戒吃了炸食, 整晚消化不良, 晚睡, 隔天照鏡子,
臉立刻暗沉, 皮膚凹洞變明顯,
真的有了年紀, 飲食, 運動都要適度..., 我現在32歲,
有人跟我一樣嗎? 都是怎樣的運動, 可以讓臉部緊實充氧漂亮呢?
