鄭多燕VS快走 - 健身

大家好
我是一個標準上班族
身材也是個標準上班族<<<就是久坐幾乎胖在下半身
目前因為還想再瘦個6~7公斤 所以後期再做重訓
之前的運動都是採快走
但是礙於天氣或者時間關係 增加了室內隨時可行的有氧舞蹈 >////<
以下就是我發生的問題

因為目前只跳過鄭多燕 總覺得他的動作針對上半身居多
累的是我的手臂 不是腿 也沒甚麼動到腿 T.T
請問有推薦的其它舞蹈老師動作下半身居多嗎?!
如果說快走和做有氧舞蹈兩者對於下半身的效果 哪種比較好?
