請問板上各位踩X-BIKE都是一次踩多久,又踩到甚麼樣的程度呢?
畢竟大家都說它的心跳率是快樂值....- -
到底是要踩到全身大汗沒有力氣還是只要稍微有喘就好呢?
還有只要踩完下來的時候都會覺得腿有一種很奇怪的感覺
不是特別痠痛,就是好像有跳跳糖在腿裡頭,一直彈來彈去(?)
這是因為我太少運動嗎....
