我想知道一些可以減重養生的菜單(南部人)希望食材尋找不會太困難能夠吃得輕鬆讓我配合運動一起減重的!另外我想再詢問,老一輩的說芹菜吃多了不會胖,真的嗎?是的話為什麼呢?另外水果或早餐可以的話也幫我提供一下!麻煩不要推瘦身廣告給我,還有我熱量那些不會算!我目前150公斤,希望能推出我個人所需的菜單!努力讓自己能瘦中!
