關於臀大肌的訓練 - 健身

小弟在這波疫情之前都會跟一些球友打棒球
對於揮棒的機制來說 下半身的爆發力跟肌力很重要
所以之前練腿的菜單主訓練是深蹲跟弓步蹲
後側是會用槓鈴做RDL或是WG一些機械式器材 最後用史密斯臀推收尾
疫情爆發以後都在家用啞鈴訓練
菜單就是用啞鈴做高腳杯深蹲跟弓步蹲+啞鈴RDL
因為在家沒有槓鈴 組合式啞鈴也不好做臀推
下禮拜開始應該會到WG訓練 這段時間臀大肌感覺成長很少
那小弟應該把練腿日第一項改成做臀推嗎?
看這邊很多巨巨都比較少練臀推
想問問看大家如果要特別加強臀大肌都怎麼安排腿日菜單的
