小弟我175/75
三級前啞鈴臥推是32kg可以推8下
槓鈴臥推大概可以推到70kg
那目前已經2個月沒有做大重量的訓練了
家裡的啞鈴最多單邊就是15kg
還有補一些彈力繩跟伏地挺身的訓練
開始接觸健身到現在,這是第一次這麼長時間沒有進健身房
不太清楚該用怎樣的進度重回原本的重量?
怕錯誤的觀念會讓自己受傷QQ
