關於重訓的問題 - 健身

大家好,小弟近期開始慢慢接觸重訓
記得剛開始幾次每次推舉訓練完,
隔天都會很酸痛,隨著時間的經過了
兩個月訓練,重量也有增加,但是
隔天的酸痛感好像沒有之前這麼強烈了
但是在訓練的當下還是會蠻酸蠻沒力的
想請問,這樣的情形是可以再加強自
己的訓練嗎?還是維持一樣強度就好
壓的重量
