一直對陶子的減肥食譜很心動
加上最近常看那個營養師上節目分享怎麼實作
然後又看了陶子在姐妹淘的文章
雖然一份穀類、一份蛋白質、二份蔬菜,感覺很簡單

但是實際想想,早餐要吃到二份蔬菜不太簡單耶
(早餐店的三明治、穀類就太大份了,然後蔬菜只有兩、三片太少)
我想好一天可以吃關東煮
(玉米+豆腐+高麗菜捲+娃娃菜+香菇+海帶),
再來就想不太到什麼變化了。
我沒辦法每天買生菜沙拉吃,冬天到了,
好冷,而且小7沙拉一份很貴
不知道有沒有人可以給我一些建議?
希望可以是熱的、或是好準備的,謝謝。
