硬舉90kg 首要受力是後側鏈
以重量分配 後側鏈多少會分配到50kg
椎間盤大概3 40kg
這樣子會破裂 也太奇怪
姿勢再怎不對也是下背先受傷
不然就是累積性傷害
或者脊椎原本就不正常 例如彎曲
