食量很小怎麼辦T_T - 健身

已爬文尋找/食量小沒有找到文章,
所以斗膽在板上發文,
如果有什麼不夠詳細的地方請各位鞭小力點>"<
我知道想控制體重必須維持基礎代謝量,
也很努力地參考板娘開的菜單,
但是發現我實在沒辦法吃那麼多東西啊~~~~
我覺得我已經進入板娘所謂的「節能減碳」模式了orz
我不是故意吃很少,
是從小食量就滿小的(這樣子還胖實在是好慘啊)....
我先舉例我「以前」大概的菜單:

[早餐]
可可/沖泡飲品(如杏仁茶、麥片之類) 約200~250cc一杯
然後就飽了..........................
接下來大概隔一個小時左右,可以吃普通麵包一個
[中餐]
肉:便當店排骨、魚一片、雞柳或雞丁約一格大小
菜:時蔬兩格
飯:以上肉+菜假設有吃完,大概只吃得下1/3的飯格
[晚餐]
基本上同中餐,如果下午有吃水果或零食就會更吃不下....

我從以前就不喜歡吃飯,
一開始也不是因為有澱粉發胖迷思,
只是單純的覺得菜比飯好吃,幾乎是吃菜配飯orz
但是即使食量少,但還是發胖,
而且身體不是很好,體力很差>"<
前兩個月看了fitness板之後有努力想調整飲食,
也想增加澱粉攝取的比例,
但是發現我只要吃一碗飯之後就差不多飽了,
菜和肉就只能吃一點點,好像也不均衡.....冏>
不知道身體已經習慣節能減碳模式的人有沒有救啊T_T
要怎麼樣才能讓自己進步到能吃正常代謝量的飲食呢?
吃得很撐的時候真的很挫折,
好像又回到小時候吃不下飯,被老師罵一邊哭一邊吃的感覺orz
