每次跑完健身車 (一個半小時左右)大腿都非常緊繃
我會手握拳槌打大腿,打到紅紅的就停止 (運動完隨便槌兩下就會紅)
然後稍微揉捏,用這樣讓大腿舒緩不緊繃長肌肉
兩個月下來瘦了很多(加上飲食控制)
但是以前瘦到現在的體重時,大腿是細的
(以前是用LAFIT左右踩的那種踏步機,
那時都覺得練到臀部變翹,而且大腿變很細,但踏步機壞掉
且想換個方式運動,所以改騎健身車)
這次不知是不是因為換用健身車的關係,動到的都大腿前面
且運動後的舒緩方法做的不對,所以長了肌肉且大腿沒有以前細
我想問的是,還有什麼方法比較正確可以伸展大腿前面
尤其是靠近膝蓋上方那個肌肉(每次運動完,那邊都變超大一團)
不過大腿真的很難做伸展來拉開肌肉,不像小腿就很好拉
