體脂降了基代卻降低? - 美體

不知道這樣減肥有沒有錯
不到一個半月體脂也降太快了吧?!
所以想問問看大家這樣是正常的嗎
雖然體脂降了 但是基代居然少了6kcal!!!!
而且我還覺得我大腿的肉有變多的現象 輕輕一抖都是肥肉在晃的感覺
連照鏡子都發現大腿的肉怎麼鬆垮垮的
所以脂肪真的有減少嗎= = 感覺是肌肉在減少= =
平常除了控制飲食 每週有四到五天會去跑操場
