想問自製蔬菜麵的熱量 - 美體

最近想要減肥並把飲食轉為清淡些
於是開始自己煮蔬菜麵
因為要配合熱量的控制以達成目標
但又不能低於基代
所以想來請教各位善於估算熱量的版大們
(因為剛開始~~所以對熱量比較沒概念><)
配料如下>
湯:用大骨 冬瓜 洋蔥 高麗菜 等食材下去熬
(算滿清淡的)
麵:意麵(不是鍋燒意麵用的那種油炸意麵 是軟的那種)
配料:一小把金針菇 少許木耳 小白菜 少許海帶 番茄一小片
有找過網路資料 都只說蔬菜熱量極低
可是我還是想知道這樣一餐下來大概是多少大卡~
我有點怕若吃不到基代 代謝率會下降然後復胖QQ
