體重不再下降了..該怎麼辦呢? - 美體

我最近嘗試晚餐不吃
早餐話都是吃7-11,午餐則是吃一個便當,水量一天大概七百cc
第一個禮拜很有效(因為是第一個禮拜怕受不了所以我會吃一個關東煮丸子)
從48kg->46kg(這個禮拜剛好是生理期)
第二個禮拜開始,進入晚餐完全不吃的階段(其它餐則正常)
也不像第一個禮拜那麼容易餓了
但是體重竟然停滯了!!
沒有下降..一樣是46kg
這兩個禮拜我都沒有真正的運動
但不是經期結束的那個禮拜會很容易瘦嗎?
最近我的腳又上了石膏..勢必是不能運動了..
連走路都很艱辛...
請問一下大家..
這樣我還要繼續第三個禮拜實行我的不吃晚餐計畫嗎?
因為我希望可以在一個月內瘦五~七公斤...XD
目前只有兩公斤的進度..
而我又沒辦法激烈運動..
我該怎麼辦呢??
