昨天第一次做香蒜麵包.但是口感吃起來不對.感覺起來濕濕軟軟的,而不是鬆鬆軟軟的.麵包有熟.請問是發酵不夠久的關係,還是材料比例的問題嗎?我是照著食譜的材料比例放的:麵粉:1kg糖:30g鹽:30g水:640ml乾酵母:21g我讓它發酵到大一倍的程度...然後就再搓搓揉柔幾分鐘之後,就塗上香蒜醬,然後就進烤箱烤了.�
