為什麼我做出來的麵包,烤培好後!過了一到二小時!麵包開始消泡!下塌~塌陷呢???還有要如何包奶酥!才會使奶酥薄薄的一層在中間,而不是一球在麵包中間!我是做甜麵包~拜拖!請懂的人教我一下!
