大家好
我身高156
體重50
體脂肪最後一次量是30...
因為覺得真的胖到有點無言
男友也要受不了了
所以兩個多禮拜前開始減肥
看過很多討論
說運動要循序漸進
所以我這兩個禮拜來就是早午餐都正常吃
然後四五點也吃點心
但五點半下班以後就不吃東西
除非沒吃點心太餓或是那天就是爆餓
會在喝小罐牛奶
然後五點半到家六點就跳一節鄭多燕
看you tube跟著跳的
就沒在多做運動了
中間有一天特別熱血出去跑步尻風,,
隔天就發燒了,,,
就在也沒跑了,,
跳鄭多燕是蠻累的
但也就是流一點薄汗
請問大家這樣強度太弱嗎
我需要搭配重訓嗎
另外我這輩子沒有運動過的
所以不要一次給我太困難的T_T
