哈囉各位巨巨
爬了很多文
還是搞不清楚
增肌減脂到底是要吃超過基礎代謝率
還是一日消耗的熱量呢
看了很多文章說要多吃肌肉才能成長
目前一個禮拜5天訓練
基礎代謝率大概1500
一日所需大概1800
蛋白質至少都有吃到1.5倍
沒喝乳清 都吃水煮雞胸肉居多
但大概1.5倍就會飽了
因為是學生很難吃到很多餐
希望有人可以幫我解惑
