1小時都做同一種比較好嗎? - 健身

之前有發文問過問題,
聽了板友的建議說,
我可能運動的強度不夠,還有需要重訓,
在家真的不知道怎麼重訓,家裡有跑步機又有x_bike
而且我也沒有預算去加入健身房。
我是女生,不知道健身車的踩重量,算不算是一種簡單的重訓?
畢竟對女生來說調4以上,真的蠻重的@@
我知道健身車是有氧運動,不過他是不是好像也有點重訓的效果??
不知道這樣對嗎?? 拜託不要衝出來罵我?然後說什麼不求進取什麼的
我問問看而已
之前跑步機最多都跑40min而已,我家跑步機最高速度1小時10km,
之前都調7.8km跑30min,然後最後10min調8km
然後我現在增加強度
改成 8 跑30分,8.5跑10min,最後20min再調回8
就這樣很認真的跑滿1小時!
看著上面顯示8000m,還蠻有成就感的,下雨天不能出去跑,在家也自得其樂^^
隔天就是騎x_bike 1小時,前30min調3,時速保持28~30,騎滿30min
然後20min調4,15min調3,最後5min再調4,總共滿1小時。
老實說,我比較喜歡慢跑,x_bike覺得好累哦!
可能我天生懶,跑步機會一直帶動你的,讓你不得停下來,
x_bike就要靠自己努力維持均速 ><
就這樣一天跑步一天x_bike。現在我有一個疑問想請教一下,
不知道1小時的運動都做同一種運動比較好呢?
還是我半小時跑步,半小時健身車,這樣會比較有效率嗎?
