從去年11月中開始加入重訓(一對一教練課)
原則上每2個月都會量一次inbody
一直到今年3月底inbody 的數據
都沒有太大明顯的改變
(體脂有稍微降一咪咪29.9->27.8)

就在昨天再次站上inbody 量測
看到列印出來的數據
體脂率減少5.4%(27.8%->22.4%)
骨骼肌重增加(21.7kg->25.1kg)
覺得不可思議
一直不停的問櫃檯人員
這台機器是不是壞掉了
怎麼量出來會是快樂表
櫃檯為了讓我心服口服
便讓我再量一次
結果數據還是差不多

這三個月來的飲食跟訓練課表
幾乎都大同小異
飲食的方面:
1.蛋白質的攝取落在約100克左右
2.碳水化合物控在150克以內,並且以地瓜為主,很少吃米飯跟麵
3.每天純水量至少2500,其中含500cc無糖無添加的氣泡水(好像還不夠,我會加油)
4.不吃精緻澱粉,不喝手搖杯,不吃甜食(剛剛好不愛吃麵包蛋糕)
5.維他命、益生菌跟無調味堅果會吃好吃滿
運動方面:
1.每週上兩堂TRX 團課
2.每週上兩堂一對一教練課
3.每週上四堂瑜珈課(阿斯坦加/哈達/皮拉提斯/Zumba )
4.如果天氣好的話一個月會爬一次郊山
我的問題是
雖然昨天量出來的數據很漂亮
可是我本人的體態
看起來真的不像inbody 數據呈現的那樣棒
這兩個月已經有不同的五個人
說我看起來越來越壯
我知道被人家說變壯要開心
表示肌肉有增加
但我畢竟是個女生
聽到人家說自己變壯還是有點不開心
(聽說上照片比較不會被噓太慘)
