體脂率:康氏美測量 27%
(測量那天經期第五天) ←講這個是因為我對於結果真的太shock了 XDDDD
三餐內容
早餐: (1)兩片吐司 + (起司片) + 沖泡熱巧克力一包 (起司片有時省略)
(2)饅頭夾蛋 (有時候會配豆漿,但非常偶爾)
(3)沖泡熱巧克力 + 三匙燕麥
(4)三明治*1
午餐: (1)學校自助餐,通常選兩菜一肉,肉不吃炸的
(2)自己帶便當,飯一碗、肉巴掌大、其他空隙都用菜填滿 XD
晚餐: (1)家常菜,飯一碗、肉巴掌大、菜大概兩到三個拳頭吧
(2)陽春麵
其他: 水大概喝1500cc左右
日常作息時間:11點睡,5點多起床
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
當很有衝勁時 → x-bike 1hr,心跳約110~120
當沒什麼力氣時 → 跳繩3000下,心跳110~130
時間努力縮短中,因為我手腳不太協調...
不知道要怎麼樣才能連續跳快,跳不快的話心跳也上不去
我的問題:
我正餐飲食沒什麼限制,反正就吃飽,又不至於脹到不舒服
不太喝含糖飲料,小零食可能會碰個一個(餅乾糖果之類的)
水果看當季產什麼就吃什麼,數量一個
上次早上醒來馬上量了一下自己的心跳,80下/60sec
因為我總覺得我的心跳超級難上去。
運動打算天天做,除了經期。
請問我能在七月之前減到48~50公斤左右嗎?
