前幾天去量了Inbody
從三年前初入健身房到現在量的Inbody
一直以來右腳大概都比左腳多了0.3kg的肌肉量
每次健身房教練看到都會說你這個嚴重失衡之類的
再加上聽他講完,每次做深蹲硬舉都覺得好像確實每次起來的時候
屁股都會往右邊偏,
想請教的是
1. 差了0.3真的差很多嗎?
2.有需要去看復健科到底原因是什麼嗎?
(因為每次做深蹲硬舉,側邊屁股都會有關節的聲音)
3.現在做深蹲硬舉,有需要特別強迫自己用左邊屁股嗎?
(給人看過動作,教練說動作好像沒什麼問題)
