大家好!
我是半全職媽媽...目前有小孩2枚(老大小班+老貳快滿3歲)
身高165體重88
其實我大學時也是體重88...後來畢業後去上班最低是55kg
但是懷孕後就回不去了> <(可能身體一直以為自己還在懷孕...其實是懶了)
總覺得...不能讓小孩看照片總是說那是阿姨= =(我妹妹)
平常幫先生顧店+照顧小孩
早餐吃外面+午餐吃前天晚上剩菜自己帶的便當+晚餐回家吃婆婆煮的
(中間會穿插一些零食點心)
很慚愧平日運動量是0
不知道是不是小孩在身邊總是很多藉口
ex:不能跑步騎腳踏車...連跳鄭多燕都會想說..喔喔我們家太小了...會不小心踩到小朋友
重點就是希望徵人(用line聯絡)
