不知道板上有沒有poo-free的實行者呢？
也就是不用任何洗劑只用清水洗頭
實行了一陣子，狀況時好時壞還在掙扎中
天氣熱起來真是有想放棄的念頭......
因為查詢到茶樹精油有改善頭皮屑的效果
平時洗完頭會用幾滴按摩頭皮後再吹乾
不知道有沒有其他精油也適合這樣按摩頭皮呢？
（精油大多不適合直接接觸皮膚，但我沒用洗劑的話沒有介質，用油當基底又感覺太油了）
想聽看看有沒有這方面精油的應用或更好的洗髮建議
其實也沒有排斥洗劑啦
主要訴求是天然無添加才開始這個嘗試的
