最近不少人在討論 TABATA間歇運動,竟然 4 分鐘、7 分鐘就可以燃燒脂肪,
這到底有沒有效?
那跟鄭多燕比起來哪個比較有效? @_@??
(如果可以 7 分鐘瘦,那還需要花 30 分鐘瘦嗎?.... >"<? )
