我一直在想這問題
騎X-bike的時候
究竟是該將施力點放在哪裡材會達到雕塑功用呢?
是大腿還是小腿?
(感覺好像是大腿~這樣才會瘦大腿?)
請問大家腳掌都踏在哪個位置呢?
是用腳尖踏?還是腳掌中間?還是靠近腳後跟的地方?
因為這三個地方踏起來好像施力點也會稍微跟著改變
例如用腳尖踏時,感覺比較會出到小腿後方的力氣~
