一個多月了大腿依舊肥嘟嘟小腿似乎變壯了,麻煩大家指點一下 - 美體

高中大一的時候158/42
隨著生活不規律亂吃宵夜代謝變差漸漸變成43,44
但是自從某次看了婦產科醫生開避孕藥給我吃了半年
直衝到48
嚇到的我開始為了表演減肥
不吃澱粉2個禮拜
後來兩個禮拜早餐有吃澱粉
順利瘦到45
但是我可是激烈運動喔
幾乎每天都從五點練舞到十點
雖然短期有效但非常容易復胖
請大家不要嘗試
而且咪咪好像也會縮一點點
表演結束我也就幾乎沒在運動
現在大概維持在
158/46
上半身除手臂稍嫌軟爛粗了點,其他地方都還好
從二月中開始
沒有刻意節食減肥,三餐正常,很普通的食量
只是晚餐盡量在七點前吃完就不吃東西
一個禮拜兩天晚上也會去操場快走30分鐘(大概400公尺走12圈 慢跑3圈)
平常20分鐘的距離我也用走的 想說當運動
看電視也會做小運動
像是抬腿阿 LINDA的瘦手臂的小運動
胸部卻莫名從D變成小C
體重一直在45~46飄 沒有減輕的跡象
更糟的是腿並沒有變細
我的大腿是那種穿內褲會凸來的類型大腿圍是50 我希望哪天可以穿上比基尼的泳褲

( Y ) 我盡力表達
然後小腿就是很健壯兩陀肉 大概33公分
晚上睡覺前也有抬腿
但還是這樣耶
我都快哭了
我好想要細細的腿喔
如果照我的方法繼續下去有效嗎?
還是我需要改變呢?
