上半身很瘦下半身很胖 - 美體

我的體型也是屬於下半身肥胖
但我才46kg
上半身根本不吃肉,還摸得到肋骨
胸部也不大
屁屁跟腿倒是很多肉~
我現在早餐喝豆漿配燕麥+起司蛋
中餐就便當 多蛋多菜
晚餐有點不知道怎麼吃~~
打算去慢跑 一星期游泳一次
想請問想胖上身瘦下身的飲食該怎麼控制比較好呢??
