我工作時間是下午4-12點~
正常都是1點左右睡覺~
大概睡到9~10點起床吃早餐~
早餐我都吃比較多~
一個飯糰+一個包子或饅頭(沒喝飲料)之類的~
就是大概都兩樣(漢堡+蛋餅等等)~
第2餐就上班前3點多才吃了~
固定都吃1碗飯.青菜.魚肉.豆類....其他肉類很少很少~
上班就不吃東西了光喝水~
下班回來最多吃個水果(蘋果.芭樂.小番茄)~
可是一個月過去了.........
體重只有少1公斤.........
因為最近腳有點不方面所以都沒運動~
有人可以幫幫我嗎或者給我一些建議~
我180cm 100kg...一個月前是101kg~
