三餐內容
早餐:土司+香蕉+無糖豆漿
午餐:自助餐+水果/7-11關東煮餐
晚餐:水果+豆漿(or咖啡)
生活型態:學生
減肥方式:至少一週4~5次 游泳1km(約40分鐘)+跑步8km(約1h)
問題陳述:
我是個食量很大的人 很喜歡吃東西 動不動就想吃東西
因此減肥上常用很大量的運動來平衡(我一次都會運動個兩小時內容如上)
但是因為減肥時連吃東西都會特別小心 心裡也許特別不滿足
大概撐個4.5天左右吃得很清淡 就會有2.3天很失控
減肥初期我靠很強度的運動可以再回去
但最近不知道怎麼了 照之前的方法回去的幅度已經大不如前
不管照吃減肥期的清淡菜單或是運動份量 似乎沒法像剛開始可以挽救失控
是因為身體已經習慣有氧運動的程度了嗎?
所以是要在做份量更重的運動嗎?
或是更換食物內容呢?
