小弟最近在規劃健身及飲食
是否可以麻煩各位幫我看一下菜單是否可行
器材有臥推椅、可調式啞鈴、TRX、彈力繩、單槓
本人180/65 希望能增重
手臂比例很奇怪之前都只練二頭有肉二頭上面卻很細
還有肚子有點大比例超怪(喝太多增重蛋白)
所以補TRX Crunch比較多在菜單
1周練3~4天 禮拜1.2.3.4 (禮拜三時間短只補胸)
禮拜一 胸+3頭
斜板啞鈴臥推 8下*4
平板啞鈴臥推 8下*4
平板啞鈴飛鳥 8下*4
TRX伏地挺身 10下*4
TRX Crunch 100下
TRX 三頭肌 12下*4
啞鈴三頭肌 8下*3
禮拜二 腿+肩
啞鈴高腳杯深蹲 12下*4
啞鈴保加利亞單腿蹲 12下*4
啞鈴硬舉 12下*4
娘娘蹲 15下*3
啞鈴側平舉 8下*4
