三大營養素飲食計算請教 - 健身

Hi 各位板友好
小弟一直有個疑問很想要確定一下
就是不論用何種飲食方式,
再統計當日飲食三大營養素時,
假設食物如果同時有蛋白與脂肪或是碳水
是三種都要列入當日營養素統計,還是只要統計其中一種?
例如雞蛋 有6克蛋白與3克脂肪
是都要算?
還是只要因為雞蛋算在奶蛋魚肉類,
只要算蛋白就好?
又如堅果,100克有
碳水22克 / 脂肪55克/ 蛋白質18克
只把脂肪列入計算,其他蛋白與碳水也都是有熱量的呀
也常被myfitnesspal食品熱量統計搞的很亂啊
請各位版友不吝指教
