前陣子我在練肩膀的時候嘗試用三種重量連續做三組
例如說肩推各40磅15下,接著各25磅15下,再用15磅做15下
三組間不休息,三組做完休息1~1.5分鐘,休息完後再繼續做三組
我好像沒聽過有人採用類似的練法,這個練法可能不太正規
而且才剛採用這種方法不久,不知道成效如何
不過這種練法對我來說會讓我的肌肉超級痠,膨脹的感覺很明顯
不知道有沒有人用過類似的方式訓練呢?
