最近因臥推感覺有點卡關
想針對三頭加強訓練
問了幾個WG的巨巨跟教練
都蠻推薦除了三頭之外三頭長頭更需要鍛鍊
說對於臥推幫助蠻大
平常會針對三頭用cable做屈伸
不過對長頭的感受度很差
所已有開始增加一些W槓過頭屈伸或是cable的過頭屈伸
但又遇到另一個問題
如果先做三頭再練長頭的話
長頭的訓練重量就會下降
反過來先練長頭再做三頭 做到後面就沒力了
三頭訓練量感覺就變差
像這種狀況是要先練哪種好
還是一天只練一種就夠了
