上半身紙片想瘦大腿 - 美體

我上半身超瘦 看的到肋骨那種= = 腰圍22 手腕和手臂也是超瘦
小腿很細加上身高168 所以大家都不覺得我胖
卻不知道我的胖都藏在屁股和大腿阿
我和閃光交往前體重才43 一年來胖了7公斤
全部胖在大腿和屁股!!!!腰圍和手都還是超細!!!!
胸部是C 一直有在喝黃豆粉豐胸
但是從B變成C的過程中......(加上閃光很愛拍打餵食)
我大腿和屁股胖了至少2吋以上
昨天拿出去年買的韓褲穿
還沒拉到屁股時 聽到嘶一聲
低頭看 大腿筒圍的布料居然裂開了!!!!(不是縫合處喔)
也因此打醒了我一直用上半身很瘦打混過去的心態
決心要努力瘦下來
對於飲食方面 先戒掉甜食和飲料是基本
然後三餐正常 只是會注意熱量(我無法忍受不吃飯阿)
至於運動方面 因為我每天要上朝九晚五的班+晚上上課到10點
所以我能想到的時間盡量拿來運動.....
1. 每天敲膽經100下
2. 洗澡時提臀5-10分鐘
3. 午休時爬樓梯
4. 週三週四有空就踩 X-bike
5. 週二重訓課踩40分鐘腳踏車
週末也是爬樓梯+敲膽經
請問這樣針對下半身的去瘦 會不會還是瘦到上半身
不然起碼下半身也可以緊實一點吧T___T
韓褲很貴的.......現在臀圍35吋 大腿19-20吋了吧
去年買的四件全都穿不下 穿破一件也不敢套別件了.....Orz
