這幾天決定開始上健身房 可能有些問題有點傻 :p 請包含
踏步機應該是有氧吧?我本身會非常喘非常累
可是才踩個八九分鐘我就不行了 頭很暈連站都站不太穩
我是不是應該換一種有氧還是什麼?
我是女生 165/52 我想運動是因為我會駝背 站姿不好看
所以我也有在重訓 但是爬文又看到重訓不會瘦只是線條會好看+會長肌肉?!
我不想長肌肉耶 我不想變壯 T^T
我是希望身上的肉可以少一點 背的線條好看一點
重訓只要有關背的跟腿的我都會去做 差不多30~40分鐘
比較起來有氧最多才15分鐘 我是不是應該多花點時間做有氧 重訓不要做那麼多?
另外我的腿跟胸口已經痠了三天啦 但我還是天天上健身房(連去了四天)
這種時候應該休息一下嗎?是應該繼續做重訓還是做做有氧就好?
