比較大的問題在於飲食方面
我到家十點多沒辦法自己準備便當,早上也沒時間煮早餐
中午大家又都一起訂便當來吃
我想問的是有辦法都吃便利商店
還能控制飲食跟健康嗎
那要吃什麼呢
深深感覺到我現在的飲食是減肥的殺手
