今天IG回顧動態,我的大學同學會
想來分享一個好友變身的故事
她因為實習需要輪班,運動量減少,加上飲食沒控制好
兩個月胖了10公斤,當時連我都發現她的制服變緊了XD
後來她買了家附近的世界健身會員
但因為不會使用器材,也不知道怎麼安排菜單
前兩個月只能說是「假裝有運動」而已
有機會上了一堂體驗課,教練先了解她的生活及飲食習慣
知道實習是排班制,沒辦法實施168,也沒辦法每天健身房報到
所以給她的目標是一週3-4次,每次都重訓+30分鐘有氧
也給很多飲食方面的建議(那天同學會吃大餐還給我算熱量...)
常常看她發文分享身材的改變,還開始認真研究穿搭
肩變挺、腰變細、屁股變翹,衣服穿起來真的變好看很多
一路看她從肉肉的變回纖細辣妹,心裡一百萬個respect
看見她的改變,我也重拾熱情,回歸健身房繼續努力
希望有一天能擺脫寬褲,也不用再穿長板衣服修飾身材
很多事情下定決心之後就變簡單了
