目前身高:163
目前體重:54
停在這個體重已經有一年之久了
以前也是屬於完全不運動的人
一年前的體重曾到達顛峰57kg
但是沒去運動只戒掉吃宵夜的習慣 掉了三公斤
最近才終於受不了自己一直放縱自己
每次褲子都要買L號很難過
從開始慢跑到現在也才第二個禮拜
第一次跑才跑兩圈就要慢走休息 現在可以每次跑4km 約33分鐘
上禮拜才跑三天 目標是接下來天天去跑
飲食方面
早餐:豆漿一杯+一般早餐店的三明治或蛋餅之類的一份
(但是早餐沒有每天吃>"< 如果早上沒課的話我都是睡到中午)
午餐:自助餐(三樣配菜+主菜排骨或雞腿)
晚餐:湯麵一份或是滷味
每餐中間都會吃水果(蘋果或是芭樂)
一天喝水約1000-1200c.c.
想請問大家這樣的飲食和運動量有足夠嗎?
爬版發現大家都很強調要吃到基代
但是我很怕吃到基代後運動量不夠反而會變胖 >"<
