不做有氧運動瘦的是哪? - 健身

如題
我知道有氧瘦全身
想燃燒脂肪請做有氧運動
那如果我都不做有氧運動
每天就輕鬆散步
還是有達到 一天總消耗>吃進去的熱量>基礎代謝這個瘦身的條件
那這樣減輕的體重是減掉那邊呢?
如果也是減到肌肉的話不就蠻沒意義的嗎@@a?
請各位達人幫我解惑
