在決定要多吃點東西之後
發現了個小問題
家裡本來開飯的時間就比較晚
而媽媽注重健康+手藝很好+愛兒子
如果我今天無法回家吃晚餐那早餐就會變超多
ex. 滷牛肉+花椰菜+麵條 or 一大鍋泡菜冬粉 之類
在些微溝通之下
偶爾可以變成 原味優格(有機店買的, 吃起來就覺得很健康 = =)
+香蕉+兩顆水煮蛋 之類
像今天就變成一整盤泡菜炒豬肉+兩片全麥吐司
這樣幸福的家庭習慣讓我有些不知道該怎麼調整飲食...
早餐十之八九是在家裡吃
如果吃得多->不想吃午餐->回家吃晚餐=一天吃兩餐,都很飽
如果吃得少->在外吃午餐->回家吃宵夜=一天三餐但沒有晚餐
(消夜大都是一盤炒青菜, 大概是外面燙青菜兩倍的量
+一點小配菜, 幾塊蔥蛋之類)
額外的食物部分
會帶顆蘋果, 在外面找時間吃
然後運動完吃茶葉蛋+無糖豆漿
其實我一直不是很確定自己吃得夠不夠
只知道我不太會餓到
想請問我該怎麼調整比較好呢 QQ?
