3年前曾為了穿上比基尼而認真運動減肥
使用的方式是拳擊有氧或快走+一點慢跑或重量訓練
慢跑確實有讓我感受到愉悅的感受,可是我常常有一個問題
就是我跑到心跳大約150~160之後,我會突然感受到心跳突然變很慢
然後有很高頻的聲音及空白的感覺,可是不是想昏倒的感覺
幾次之後只要有這個狀況我就會去握著跑步機的測試心跳數,都顯示我的心跳從
150突然降到50幾
我一直以為是跑步機的測試器有問題
當然後來就是怠惰又肥起來了
最近體重又爆表加上年紀也有了又開始回到健身房上飛輪,+COMBAT
也做了生平第一次的健康檢查,血檢出來全部都是紅字,診斷為地中海貧血,尤其
血色素7.9太低,醫生跟我說我必須多吃肉及含鐵食物,可以的話補充鐵劑
(其實我真的不太曉得是否有醫生講得這麼嚴重,我的作息都正常也只有一次因為
生理痛+沒吃早餐昏倒)
醫生還說運動過程心跳會突然變慢是因為貧血的關係,如果繼續劇烈運動是會昏
倒的,所以上述的運動最好暫停
BUT,我很清楚減肥就是必須運動,因為運動減脂會讓你雖然只瘦三公斤但是整個
人會小一號,少吃根本是等著YOYO效應只是越來越胖
換別的運動我又沒興趣..
是否真的要像醫生說的這些運動都必須停止改成溫和的運動(醫生建議太極之類
的@@)
心跳突然變慢真的是因為貧血的關係嗎?
