所以想說發個小文一下
雖然我知道這裡比較適合po健身的部份
看了影片她一開始提及的燕麥 地瓜 南瓜
老實說都是很好的高纖食材
但是她卻認為不ok
光是這點我ㄧ看到就搖頭
加上她說吃肥肉可以"吃油減油"
我更是無法認同
先撇開能否減重(肥)成功
光是這樣的吃法 我個人認為應該會對健康有害
為什麼說感同身受就是因為
不吃澱粉的方式我以前也試過
有去找過當初很有名的"楊氏診所"----她們也是推崇不吃澱粉
要吃澱粉的話
還得先跟她們買"澱粉藥"事先吞
後來因為藥錢太貴了
沒有繼續去
於是便自己採用無澱粉方式
一開始真的瘦超級快 可以相信嗎? 一週瘦了4公斤(當時我還沾沾自喜 真笨)
整個人跟"消風"的氣球一樣
但是
精神變差了 所有看到我的人都說看起來氣色很糟糕
而且如同板娘說的 脾氣真的會變暴躁 非常易怒
連我媽面對那時候到處都是地雷的我也忍不住說:妳有病阿你~~
是阿~~我當時還真是"有病" 冏...
後來開始慢慢正常飲食
只是正常飲食而已(沒有暴食) 體重就是以等比速度上升
後來去找了營養師
才改正所有的觀念正常飲食配合運動
老實說
節目中那個營養師她稱自己是"另類營養師"
我想 真的很另類
因為從我接觸過的不管是醫院或是其它中心的營養師
沒有一個要我戒掉澱粉
牛奶不能喝更是奇怪 水果一天只吃那樣也很怪(當然要看是吃蝦米水果)
大量喝水的部份我也跟板娘一樣有相同看法
整個看下來我只能說
收視率很高的節目沒有肩負起該有的責任
知道這樣會有多少無知小女生開始學習
(看來豬肉攤上肥肉的身價要開始水漲船高了~)
身體是需要油脂沒錯
但是只要正常飲食
你平常攝取的餐點裡頭就有足夠人體所需的油脂
大量吃油
要擔心的我想應該不只是瘦不瘦的下來
而是你還能活多久吧
澱粉真的是無辜的呀~~~~重點在於你選擇食物的"質"如何
配上運動
我想
能吃飽又能健康+瘦身才是正確的方式
